Description
Pulled me over to issue me a ticket said I was doing 40MPH over the 145th bridge coming into harlem from the bronx‼️ That bridge has a traffic light in which I drove to and waited until the light went green. Officer Sanchez then pulls me over to issue me a speeding ticket.
